Hi, I’m Stacie. Welcome to my page! I am a nutritionist, personal trainer, and wellness coach. I help people cultivate health through food, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle.

Health is more than just diet and exercise. These are often the starting points when embarking on a health journey, but true health encompasses body, mind, and spirit. It’s about experiencing joy and purpose in every circumstance.

I believe the reason why so many diet and workout programs fail is because the foundation of “Why is this important?” is not defined. Wanting to be a smaller jean size may give us temporary motivation, but motivation alone will not be enough to accomplish a goal. Motivation is temporary. It occurs in the moment we decide we want to attempt something new.

This is why so many of us struggle to make significant changes in our health and our waistlines… in the moment that we don’t like what we see in the mirror, or we don’t like how we feel, we are very motivated to make a change. We decide to change our diets or hit the gym X times per week… we rely on willpower to avoid things that are bad for us, but over time that willpower runs out… our moment of motivation has passed… and we begin to make choices that take us the opposite direction of our goal.

To make changes in our body, our health, or our life it takes a mindset shift. We can’t rely on motivation or willpower to keep going… instead we have to become the person that behaves in the way that is congruent with our goals.

So, how do we do this? We have to make the foundation of change strong… just like building a house, without a firm foundation to build upon, the slightest outside force will cause it to crumble and fall… in this case it means making poor food & lifestyle choices that damage health.

My goal is to help people elevate their mindset and truly value themselves, and their health. By doing this it takes the aspect of willpower out of the choices we make in food, lifestyle, relationships, etc… and healthy choices become automatic. By learning to love and truly value ourselves along the way, we feel worthy of the life we truly want. We take the actions needed to be successful, and we begin to view healthy food and lifestyle choices as a gift that we get to receive everyday. This shift in mindset causes us to not just exist in this life… we thrive!

Better health gives us energy to succeed in other areas of life as well. We are able to pay it forward to others, and make a positive impact in the world around us – with family, friends, coworkers, strangers, and more. It all begins within.
